This facility of grievances redressal is for the registered dealers of Karnataka. Registered dealers have to log in at http://vat.kar.nic.in using their username and password. Then they can avail this facility by clicking Others --> Grievances.
For grievances of general public they are requested to use the e-GRAHAK facility by sending SMS.
